Who owns my profile?
You do. Your profile is owned by you, not your employer. While you’re employed, your employer funds the seat — but the record and your unique MCP code are yours.
What happens when I change jobs?
Your profile travels with you via your unique MCP code. Your verified history, qualifications and experience stay intact — no rebuilding from scratch at a new employer.
How does verification work?
Every entry carries one of three levels. Company verified means it was signed off inside your company by your line manager or a director. Third-party verified means someone outside your company confirmed it through a secure email link. Self verified means you stated it yourself, and it earns no points until it is confirmed.
Is my data private? How does benchmarking stay anonymous?
Your individual records are seen only by you and, while employed, your employer. Benchmarking is aggregate and anonymised — no one can pick at an individual business or person.
How much does it cost?
Free to the individual. Businesses from £12 per person per month. Associations and sector bodies, contact us. Formal independent assessment for Gold standing is priced separately, to keep it impartial.
How do I cancel?
Individuals can export their record and leave at any time. Businesses cancel their subscription; the profiles stay with the people, portable as ever.
